Returns that do not comply with those instructions or that do not bear a return number may be returned to sender. All items come with a return tag attached to a plastic seal. DEPARTEMENTFEMININ.com will not accept returns for any item that bears signs of wear or damage or that no longer carries the return tag attached to its original seal. Items must be returned in original packaging (including designer shoe boxes). Swimwear and lingerie items must be returned with the hygiene strip untouched and still in place. Do not remove the tag or relevant seal from the purchased products, should you wish to return the purchased product. All returns from one order must be sent at once. No refund will be accepted for items that are returned without the return tag attached with its original seal or for items that have been altered from their original status or damaged. If you so desire, you may require, along with your return number, a store credit instead of a refund. The store credit is credited to your account until your next purchase. Store credits have a six months validity period. Past six months, the store credit is cancelled. HOW TO PROCEED WITH RETURNING YOUR PARCEL Please fill out and sign the return pro forma invoice and enclose it inside your package. Carefully and clearly write the return authorization number and check any items that you are returning. Please, for security reasons, you must leave the parcel open for inspection by the UPS driver. Please keep the following information ready when contacting UPS customer service: The UPS account number: 599E29 The Département Féminin address The completed pre printed expedition bill. Clearly write your return authorization number in the shipper’s reference section. When the UPS driver arrives, please give them the completed pre-printed Expedition bill with your package. CREDIT AND REIMBURSEMENT All correctly returned products will be qualified for either store credit, or for a reimbursement to the original buyer’s credit card. In order to receive a refund, the item you return must have all the original packaging and the garment tags must still be attached. The item must be new, unused, and unworn. “New” and “unused” mean that there are no marks on the item or on the tags. We will not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. GIFT RETURNS If you have received an item from Département Féminin as a gift, you can return it in exchange for store credit to your own Département Féminin account (you will need to be registered with us). This allows you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using this credit to place a new order online. Please be aware that you are required to pay the cost difference, and any additional shipping, taxes, and/or import duties. Founded in 2000 by Carole Bénazet, the Toulouse-based Département Féminin has established itself thanks to a rigorous selection of collections by the most influential designers. In an intimate, bright space, Département Féminin attempts to found a new vision of luxury. With no visible sign on the outside, the tone is set by three large windows with changing displays according to the inspirations of Carole. In the entryway, a spicy, floral scent envelopes you while antique furniture, large mirrors, and the easy flow of the store layout invite you to have an innovative shopping experience. Season after season, Département Féminin strengthens its own identity as a store, a place that is devoted to providing room for new talents to grow.
